Objective

The objective of Thing-Thing 3 is to fight your way through hordes of Thing-Things.

Controls

Jump: W

Walkthrough

Level 1

Secret Weapons:

Dual Beretta 92FS - When you start the level, jump to the top of the first building. Jump to the next building, then jump as far to the right as you can to reach the next building. Jump up to the top, then jump to the right to another building. Jump to the building slightly below you and to your right, then jump to the next building to the right, which should be a brownish one. Go to edge to find the Dual Beretta 92FS.

Dual USP: Kill 150 enemies, then complete the level.

Intratec AB-10: Complete the level.

Walkthrough: When you start, jump to the top of the building, then jump to the next building, then jump as far as you can to the next building. Jump as far as you can to the brown building, then jump over to the next building and climb up. Run across, jump to the next building, then jump as far as you can. You will reach another brown building. Run past it, drop down to the next building, then jump down and head right to the exit. Remember, the secret to this level is to stay as high up as you can as you go along.

Level 2

Secret Weapons:

MK-23 SOCOM: Climb the first building you see, then go directly to the right onto a long platform. Walk along this and you will find the MK-23 SOCOM.

Steyr TMP: Kill 175 enemies, then complete the level.

HK G36: Complete the level.

Walkthrough: Keep going until you reach the third building and start climbing it. There will be platforms jutting out from the side every so often. Walk to the edge of the second platform from the ground to find the key card. Now keep going, and climb to the top of the next building. Jump across the small platforms, then drop down between the last two to reach the exit.

Boss Fight: Bioweapon 153

Secret Weapons:

M249 SAW: Kill 50 enemies, then defeat the boss. This can only be done by repeating the level after completing the game, since the first time you fight him, there are no other enemies. It is very helpful to use a powerful weapon like the Desert Eagle for this. Just stand on the left of the leftmost platform (the first one up - 153 can't get to you here), and shoot any enemies that come your way. This is definitely worth it, because the SAW is the most powerful weapon in the game.

Dual Walther P-99: Defeat the boss.

Walkthrough: This boss isn't too difficult. Just stay relatively far away from him, and shoot him continuously with your most powerful weapon. He should go down pretty quickly.

Level 4

Secret Weapons:

FN FAL: Kill 200 enemies, then complete the level.

Benelli M4: Follow the walkthrough for this level past the first section of scaffolding blocking your way that you have to jump over, and just past the very large ice formation. When you reach the right edge of the platform, drop down onto a pipe, then go left and drop to the bottom. Jump onto the first section of scaffolding, then jump onto the platform to the left to get the Benelli M4.

Dual Cobray MAC-10: Complete the level.

Walkthrough: When you start, jump to the top of the pipes until you can't go any higher, then jump across and over the structure blocking the next area. Continue along as high as you can until you reach a building. Climb it to complete the level.

Level 5

Secret Weapons:

Dual Micro UZI: Kill 225 enemies, then complete the level.

GIAT Famas: Go as far to the right as you can without jumping, climb the stairs, go all the way right and drop down, go left, and collect the GIAT Famas.

Striker-12: Complete the level.

Walkthrough: Go right, jump up the first platforms you see, then go up the stairs. Climb the building, then jump up the platforms. Go right, then climb the platforms and go up the stairs. Climb this building and two more platforms to complete the level.

Boss: Vahl Dreig (Hades prototype)

XM 435 Super Mags: Kill 75 enemies, then defeat the boss. Just stay crouched and run back and forth shooting enemies with your Desert Eagle, picking up any ammo or health packs they drop. If you run out of ammo, switch to your next most powerful weapon and continue.

Desert Eagle: Defeat the boss.

Walkthrough: This boss is actually extremely easy. Just stay ducking the entire time so his laser can't hit you, and stay far enough away from him that he can't scratch you, and unload on him with your most powerful weapons. If he starts running to the other side, follow him and then keep shooting until you kill him.

Survival Mode Weapons

HK MP5K: Kill over 100 enemies in Stinky Bean Survival. Stinky Beans are easy to kill, but they are fast and there are lots of them. If you don't have the SAW, a shotgun is probably your best bet.

Dual Glock 18: Kill over 200 enemies in Zombie Survival. The zombies move pretty slowly. Use the SAW, Super Mags, or a shotgun.

Pancor Jackhammer: Kill over 40 enemies in Super Survival. Super Survival is very difficult, as you probably guessed by the low kill requirement. The enemies are pretty fast and have weapons. If you don't have the SAW or the Super Mags, it's pretty much a lost cause.
